Last Updated: October 13, 2026
Pixel Mint Drop, by Pixel Mint Games, keeps a cloud account so your level, unlocks and stats can follow you between devices. You can delete that account and its data at any time, from the game or by email.
Delete it in the game
- Open Pixel Mint Drop and go to Settings (from the main menu, or pause during a game).
- In the Audio & Cloud section, tap Delete cloud data.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Your cloud data and cloud account are deleted straight away.
Delete it by email
If you no longer have the game installed, email support@pixelmintgames.com with the subject "Delete my Pixel Mint Drop data". Include your Google Play Games player name so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your cloud profile: player level, experience, unlocked themes and block skins, statistics and achievement progress.
- High scores you saved online, including the name you entered with them.
- Your cloud account and its user ID.
What is kept, and for how long
- Progress on your device stays until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it.
